REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:  5 years

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Five years of work experience in the food service industry.  Broad and thorough knowledge of food and cooking techniques.  Knife skills a must.  Good managerial skills and work ethic.  Availability to work holidays, weekends and evenings.  Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.  Hard working and dependable.
